How we handle your details
What we collect, and why
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type: typically your name, phone number, email, the suburb you're moving from, the kind of move, and whatever you tell us in the message field, including findings you choose to attach from the Access Survey. We collect it for one purpose: to contact you about the move you asked about and to plan that work.
The Access Survey runs in your browser
The survey's questions and findings are computed on your device. Nothing you answer is sent to us unless you press the button that attaches the findings to your enquiry, closing the tab discards them.
Who sees an enquiry
The people who need it to do the work. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request, for example the crew or contractor who would actually carry out your move, including interstate legs through our contractor network. We don't sell enquiry details, rent them, or add you to marketing lists for unrelated things.
What we keep, and for how long
Enquiries are kept while they're live and for a reasonable period afterwards so that a returning client's history makes sense. If you'd like yours corrected or deleted, ask through the enquiry form and say so; we'll confirm when it's done.
Basic site logs
Like nearly every website, the hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs (pages requested, approximate region, browser type) used for security and to keep the site working. We don't use invasive advertising trackers.
